  • Acquisition and maintenance of business contacts with watch dealers and collectors
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Identification of new business opportunities and trends in the luxury watch market
  • Conducting market analyses and competitive observations
  • Creating offers and presentations for potential partners
  • Close collaboration with the marketing team to increase the visibility of our platform

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related commercial field
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the luxury or e-commerce sector
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • A passion for luxury watches and a good sense for trends is a plus
  • Independent working style and high self-motivation

Job Description:

Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for Innovative Online Marketplace

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility of our platform in the luxury watch market
  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns with a focus on content marketing, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Create and manage targeted content (text, images, videos) for the website, blog, newsletter, and social media
  • Manage performance marketing activities, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, continuously optimizing based on KPIs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify current trends and business opportunities, integrating these into the marketing strategy
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant multipliers in the luxury segment
  • Maintain and grow our social media channels to create an active and expanding community
  • Analyze marketing metrics and report on campaign success, making data-driven optimizations

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training
  • Experience in marketing, ideally in the luxury goods industry, e-commerce, or a similar sector
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, particularly in content creation, social media, SEO, and performance marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions
  • Creativity and an eye for innovative approaches
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent and structured working style with high self-motivation
